Cancellation Policy

We understand that things come up, but due to high demand for appointments:

• Initial appointments: Require 3 days’ notice to cancel.
• Subsequent appointments: Require 24 hours’ notice to cancel.

 

Late cancellations or missed appointments:

• $50 non-attendance fee applies.
• Medicare, DVA, and insurers do not cover cancellation fees.
• Missing an initial appointment may result in a longer wait to rebook.
