If you have a valid GP Mental Health Plan or Private Health, see the tabs below for more information.

If you’re using a GP Mental Health Plan (MHP), you’ll receive a Medicare rebate.

To process this immediately, please bring a cheque or savings account card to tap for your rebate.

If you do not bring your cheque or savings account card, you will be sent a Paid in Full invoice to claim your rebate directly from Medicare.

If you’re claiming through private health, contact your private health fund to confirm your rebate.

HICAPS may be available at your appointment.

There are no out-of-pocket costs for NDIS or Employer Assistance Program (EAP) clients.

We understand that things come up, but due to high demand for appointments:

Initial appointments: Require 3 days’ notice to cancel.

Subsequent appointments: Require 24 hours’ notice to cancel.

Late cancellations will incur a $50 fee.

Late cancellations or missed appointments:

$50 non-attendance fee applies.

Medicare, DVA, and insurers do not cover cancellation fees.

Missing an initial appointment may result in a longer wait to rebook.
