I’m Adam Sims, a registered psychologist with over 20 years of experience helping people manage anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, adult ADHD and life transitions.

I provide evidence-based therapy tailored to each individual. Fees
For in-clinic and telehealth appointments, my fees are set at $200 per consultation. Fees are reviewed annually in line with Medicare fee reviews. Appointments may be claimable under Medicare and private health cover.
Rebates
Any sessions with a valid GP Mental Health Plan will have a rebate. You may also choose to claim via your Private Health fund if applicable. I always recommend contacting your Private Health provider to check if your cover includes Psychology prior to appointments.
NDIS & EAP Clients
NDIS and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) have no out-of-pocket expenses for my services.
